Lettings Manager

Are you an experienced Lettings Manager who thrives on working within a fast paced environment? If the answer is yes then this could be the ideal role for you. 

Working Monday to Friday  9am-6pm with a rota for covering Saturdays 10am-3pm, your main responsibilities will be: 

  • Ensure company and industry compliance measures are consistently met in a changing industry

  • Meeting monthly targets for properties, lettings and income for the company

  • Take an active role in supporting new business growth

  • Ideally achieved ARLA 3 Level or have the desire and ability to complete this qualification in Lettings and Residential Management with training and support

  • Provide excellent customer service to both landlords and tenants

  • Manage tenant move-in transactions and renewal paperwork in a timely manner

  • Have the knowledge and competence to serve notices and paperwork in line with current housing regulations

  • Complete End of Tenancy Procedures

  • Support general maintenance of properties with the Property Maintenance Manager

What is essential is that the applicant has the following qualities....

  • Be an exceptional, confident communicator to various clients, often negotiating between parties and providing a positive outlook/conflict resolution.

  • Have a strong ability to prioritise and re-organise workload in a fast-paced environment

  • Have strong attention to detail, in particular, compliance

  • Be self-motivated and keen to learn in an ever-developing industry

  • Have good IT skills (use of Windows, iPad and various in house software)

  • Have a strong teamwork ethic and enjoy forging positive colleague relationships

  • UK driving license and own vehicle with relevant insurance essential

  • Strong understanding of the lettings and property industry.
